I always say to myself I need to lose weight. Will it is easy to say but really hard to do, I even bought myself a diet pills. The problem is I always forget to take it, I think I need a better idea of remembering to take my pill. I even try to walk around and do some swimming and I still didn’t lose any pound.
This time I need to try to remember to take my diet pills and do some exercise at the same time. Maybe this will work for me. Because being heavy is not really good for my health it just that I need to find a better way of dieting and stay with the one that works for me.
Hi. We have the same problem. Actually, my problem is too hard to hold my self from eating! Ha..ha...It's futile to take diet pills if I eat a lot of food. Let's we try again to lose some extra pound!Happy blogging!
